A example-sketch of sociodramatic work in this framework (10-15 minutes for each step; in reality the steps should be adjusted during the work):
- %Warm-up. Talk in pairs about which social problem about discrimination has touched you personally most recently?
- %Role-Explore. Let us all take on the role of an angry discriminated person? What makes you angry?
- %Role-GoAction. All together keeping it in that role. What do you say to the majority?
- %Role-GoInside. All together, keeping it in that role. What feelings are you experiencing inside yourself that you are not talking about?
- %Role-Reverse. All together, let's take the roles of the people in the majority. How do you feel when you hear the words that speak to you?
- %Role-GoInside. All together keeping in that role. There are feelings of guilt and annoyance here, let's hear these poles each separately.
- %Role-GoInside. All together keeping in that role. What are the inner feelings behind guilt and irritation?
- %Role-Reverse. Let's all together go back to the role of the discriminated person. What words and feelings that you heard have affected you?
- %Role-Mirror. Let's take the role of a person from another culture who does not understand this situation. What would you like to say to these two?
- %Sharing. What was new and interesting to you personally in this work?
